In her civil and criminal defense practice, Laura works with businesses and their principals and representatives to defend regulatory or criminal corporate misconduct and the formation of corporate compliance programs to prevent future regulatory problems.
Laura's civil litigation practice includes collection, enforcement, and contract dispute resolution for individuals and businesses throughout Central Indiana, including homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners' associations.

Drawing on her background in economic consulting, Laura counsels and advises new and established business owners regarding business transactions, including the buying and selling of a business or its assets, business disputes, entity formation, and trademark registration and disputes.

In real estate, Laura works with both commercial and residential investors in a variety of areas, including contract formation and review and landlord/tenant disputes.
