Stephen R. Donham
Summary
Stephen joined the firm in 2009 as a law clerk and was hired as an associate attorney by the firm in 2010. Stephen devotes his legal practice to the areas of criminal and civil appeals, real estate litigation, homeowners associations, landlord-tenant relations, and collections. His clients include homeowners associations, nonprofit entities, individuals, and small business entities.
Stephen’s practice generally focuses on assisting his clients by finding practical and efficient solutions for difficult problems, including covenant drafting, covenant enforcement, contract disputes, various appellate services, foreclosure, and debt collection.
Stephen is originally a Hoosier and returned to Indiana to attend law school and practice law. When he is not practicing law, Stephen enjoys volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana and playing ultimate frisbee pickup games throughout Central Indiana.
