Our Attorneys
Mark W. Rutherford focuses his practice in four different general areas. He represents many businesses in their day-to-day legal needs, advising on all matters of law regarding contracts, employment issues, corporate compliance and business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase and sales as well as business entity formation. His second area of practice is general business litigation, representing
Mark's fourth area of practice is work with tax exempt and charitable organizations as well as political and campaign organizations. Mark is active in the community. He presently serves as Chairman of the Indiana Public Defender Commission, as First Vice President of the Central Indiana Tennis Association and on the board of Woodstock Club. He has previously served as president of the Indianapolis Police Athletic League, Inc., National Junior Tennis League of Indianapolis, Inc. and the Lambda Chi Alpha Home Association of Wabash College, Inc.
