About Mark
Mark W. Rutherford focuses his practice in four different general areas. He represents many businesses in their day-to-day legal needs, advising on all matters of law regarding contracts, employment issues, corporate compliance and business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase and sales as well as business entity formation. His second area of practice is general business litigation, representing owners and businesses in the prosecution and defense of lawsuits. His
third area of practice is representing businesses and their owners in defense of criminal and administrative proceedings. This is commonly known as White Collar defense, if the owner or business is accused of an alleged criminal violation.
